11 hours in Heathrow, US permanent residence Russian citizenship, do I need a visa to go to see some sights?
I wanted to go to London, to check out some landmarks, I would be there for 11 hours and I have tickets from London to Russia, so I will not have any intent on staying in London. Will I need to apply for any visas?
As a Russian National you do need a visa to enter the UK despite having US residency. As you only have 11 ours you might be eligible for a transit visa but if not you will need a visitor visa. Check the UK Border Agency website. You can apply online at www.visa4uk.co.uk and get more info on what documents you need to show to get a visa at www.UKvisas.co.uk.
