My husband applied for my 487 spouse visa but I am pregnant right now, what are the things we need to do to include our baby who is due this September?
Do we need to pay separate visa fees?
Nothing that you would need to do visa wise. If your child is born in an other country than the US, submit the birth certificate to the US Consulate for a Born Abroad birth certificate. No visa needed for the baby.
For australian visa, if your husband is australian your child will have a dual-citizenship therefor no visa required. For the newest regulations, I would contact the consulat.
