Mark asks…
L1 Visa in admin process. Passports are taken and interview said “You are been granted a VISA”. How much time?
My L1 Visa is waiting for administrative process. At the time of interview the interviewer said “You are granted a VISA and Have a nice time at US” and then he pulled out a PINK card and then handed it over to me and said you can check your VISA status here. My passports are taken and now its around 10days since I am waiting for the VISA. Can I expect the VISA early as my passports are taken? Has someone faced such situation? Your answer shall be of great help. – Thanks in advance…

Hello Friend,
You are mention 2 things first one is An
L-1 visa, & second one is pink card
but i am confused that because of L-1 visa is document used to enter the United States for the purpose of work in L-1 status. It is a non immigrant visa, and is valid for a relatively short amount of time – generally three years. L-1 visas are available to employees of an international company with offices in both a home country and the United States, or which intend to open a new office in the United States while maintaining their home country interests. The visa allows such foreign workers to relocate to the corporation’s US office after having worked abroad for the company for at least one year prior to being granted L-1 status.
But
Pink Card is liability insurance cards, it is the card issued by an insurance broker to evidence the existence of automobile insurance.
These this are not related to each other.
So please find details of these all one
thanks
